It’s that time of year again! Time to help your kids put together a costume, maybe dress up yourself, and hit the streets on Halloween for some trick or treating.
Norris always likes to play it safe, so please remember flashlights, reflective clothing and walking on sidewalks.
But remember to have fun, too. One of best parts of Halloween is having a spooky fun.
