It’s the holiday season and you know what that means? Lots of people ordering lots of stuff for delivery from Amazon.

Unfortunately, that probably also means a spike in front-porch-package theft.

According to a 2017 story from USA Today, more than half of all Americans say they know someone who has had a delivered package stolen and 30% admit it has happened to them personally.

There is obviously a segment of criminals out there who do pretty well stealing your Amazon orders and then probably reselling the stuff on eBay or some other local online marketplace.

The USA Today story asks whether or not surveillance might be the answer. Norris can consult with you on that

The question is, what can you do about it right now?

Well, one gratifying thing to do, even if it doesn’t act as an immediate deterrent, would be to watch this month’s video and repost it to social media so that package thieves might start wondering, “Is this going to be the time? Is this the time that I get GlitterBombed?”

Please enjoy this month’s Surveillance Video of the Month: GlitterBombed! [PLEASE NOTE: THIS MONTH’S VIDEO CONTAINS HARSH LANGUAGE]
