What different positions have you held at Norris?
Well, I started off as a helper and at first, to be honest, it seemed like I was in way over my head but with a lot of help from all my coworkers, I’m at a point where I feel like I have a good grasp on things.
How has your tenure at Norris prepared you to be successful in life?
When I started I didn’t realize that a lot of what I was going to learn and do I was going to be able to use in some everyday events. Being with Norris has definitely given me a different perspective on the way I look at things.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job would be that I get to go to many of different places, it’s never the same and the places I go to you could say I get to see what’s going on behind the curtain.
What frustrates you about your job?
There isn’t too much that frustrates me about my job, but one thing that I think a lot of people would agree with would be those days you get every now and then that you have to wake up super early!

Can you talk about one professional goal you have for 2019?
One of my professional goals for 2019 is similar on a year to year and little bit of day to day basis as well but my goal is to be beyond reliable(never have to question if there’s going to be a call out or other issue), do what I have to do to give my absolute max effort, and improving or even learning something new everyday.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare/free time?
In my free/spare time I enjoy working out consistently and setting small goals and achieving them. Also, I play semi-pro football in the New England Football League for the Southern Maine Raging Bulls. I’ve been on the team for 6 great years(and counting) and word can’t explain the brotherhood and friendships I’ve made along the way!
What lessons have you learned through your duties at Norris that you’d like to pass on to others?
I would pass on that confidence and believing in yourself is key. Working with Norris has made me realize that you’re never going to get better at something by doubting and not believing in yourself. Sometimes you have to put those doubts aside, belief in your abilities and just go for it!
